Religion, magic and superstition have been very old sources of laws in the society from generation to generation. In the primitive community customs was law and law was religion .People followed the precepts and rules of their religion which they believed to be of divine origin, called divine laws, disobedience of which they consider was sin or evil. The religious law became the source of law. We can say that laws are the part of religion and without religion there is no existence of law.
